Users may request to close their account at any time. The account will be closed within 48 hours of receiving the request, and any remaining balance will be returned via the registered payment method.

• If an account is closed due to a Terms & Conditions violation, the balance may not be refunded.
• Once a self-exclusion request is submitted, the account cannot be reactivated before the specified period ends.
• Individuals with a closed account are not permitted to open a new one.
